Task: The reconstruction of the switchgear and changes related to it in the transmission network.
Design solutions:
All the primary switching devices in a 110-kW switchgear were replaced with the new ones. We have designed a new modular building with an installed AC/DC system, battery and its chargers, the cubicles of relay protection and control, capture and transmission of Tele-Information, and telecommunications. We have chosen a measuring transformer, microprocessor equipment of relay protection and automation with a self-monitoring system. We have designed 110-kW switchgears of all switching devices, grounding control from Document Management System (DMS) and electricity accounting. The capture and transmission of Tele-Information is being accomplished through the designed cubicle of Tele-Information capture and transmission devices (TCTD).
